Press Release Body: Clinton, NJ (May 2008) - The gifted young designers at Morgan
House Interiors have been selected by the Women's Association of Morristown Memorial
Hospital to redo the Lux Drawing Room in the historic home called Froh Heim in Far
Hills, New Jersey. "Mansion in May" is an event held every other year that showcases
the talent of prominent area designers in the backdrop of a historic home, with
proceeds going to charity.

The Lux Drawing Room functions as a bar-cum-entertainment area. The accomplished
design team, led by Sara Dickinson, envisioned this room as an inviting space,
offering endless entertainment with multi-purpose functionality.

The committee chose Morgan House Interiors' fresh ideas over that of many other
design firm entrants who also competed for the opportunity to demonstrate their
talents. Their repeated success is a tribute to the fact that they truly understand
clients' needs and are consummate professionals. In 2006, they were selected by the
committee to bring vibrancy and warmth to the kitchen, which is one of their
specialties.

Brilliant Solutions for Design Challenges
Dickinson and her associates were faced with the challenge of transforming a 500
square-foot space that was in complete disarray, with a ceiling and furnishings that
were in major disrepair, into a comfortable, stylish, inviting room where people
would enjoy a variety of activities.

Employing outside-the-box creativity, which is characteristic of these talented
young women, Dickinson's team came up with an inspired, eye-catching design that
blends varying styles creatively and successfully. They devised a plan that would
allow the room to be used for many purposes, from entertaining guests and watching
TV, to relaxing with a book in a cozy corner.

Their innovative design creates an intimate setting with a chess table for
tte--ttes and a nook with comfortable sofas and a rubberwood coffee table, which
functions as a relaxing lounge area. This room is the perfect setting for hosting
soirees with fireside dining, a large, flat screen TV and a stylish bar.

Contemporary meets Traditional
The designers chose a monochromatic color palette of blacks, browns, grays, and
taupe, with splashes of yellow for pop. This color scheme compliments the rich, warm
tones of the custom built bar made with burnished, knotty alder wood appliqus and
curved brackets. Combining contemporary with countryside, they added sleek, hand
blown glassware and barware with bark-textured serving ware.

Accessories with organic, flowing silhouettes that offset fabrics and wall art with
geometric accents add a splash of color to the understated, aesthetically pleasing
theme. Strategically located accouterments such as antique books, games and a cigar
holder add a touch of elegance and recall the rich history of the stately home.

Salute to Eco-friendly, Green Design Choices
The unique creativity that is the trademark of Dickinson's team is not restricted
just to their designs. Their ability to bring a fresh, innovative approach to every
aspect of interior design is evident in their thoughtful choice of cabinetry,
furniture, rugs and counter tops.

For the Lux Drawing Room, they have used Medallion Cabinetry, which is a certified
participant in the environmental stewardship program. For the countertops, they
chose Silestone, which is manufactured in an environmentally responsible manner and
contributes up to four points towards LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design) certification of any building project.

In keeping with their commitment to sustainable practices, the Shiraleah coffee
tables in the nook are made of rubberwood reclaimed from latex processing plants.
The pedestals for the tables and the shelves behind the bar are made of teak wood
and red hard wood salvaged from abandoned buildings in Thailand. The Persian wool
rugs that pull the different elements of the room together are hand woven by
indigenous Ghash-ghaie tribes out of natural, un-dyed wool.
